AI Creator / Filmmaker

Compensation: $22/hour starting Schedule: Part-time, Project-based, possibility for Full-time About the Role: We're looking for a creative hybrid — part filmmaker, part AI technologist — to help produce short films and commercial content using a mix of traditional production craft and generative AI video tools. You'll work on a project basis alongside one of our directors or producers. What You'll Do: -Produce short-form commercial content using AI video and image generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Veo, Midjourney) alongside traditional footage and motion graphics -Translate scripts, briefs, and creative direction from directors into AI-generated or AI-assisted sequences -Edit and finish content in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, integrating AI assets with live-action or motion design elements What We're Looking For: -A reel or portfolio demonstrating AI-generated or AI-assisted film/video work (commercial, narrative, or experimental) -Hands-on experience with at least one major AI video/image generation platform -Proficiency with a standard editing pipeline (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve) Nice to Have: -Prompt engineering experience for video diffusion models -Familiarity with digital asset management -Basic sound design or music supervision skills To Apply: -Complete the Google Form and someone from our team will reach out to you. -Please include a resume and a reel or portfolio link showcasing relevant AI-generated or AI-assisted work -Also include your weekly availability and available start date *This job board features a curated list of industry-specific roles aligned with the skill sets taught in Curious Refuge programs.
