(7/15) AI Producer / Generative Video Producer — Spanish Speaking

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking AI Producer / Generative Video Producer to collaborate on hybrid and 100% AI audiovisual projects. The ideal profile is someone with real experience organizing generative video production workflows. This role is focused on helping structure the process behind AI-driven audiovisual work: tools, tests, prompts, references, assets, versions, timelines, outputs and delivery needs. This is not only about prompting. We are looking for someone who can help bridge creative direction with practical production execution, making the process more organized, efficient and scalable. The work is project-based and remote, with potential collaborations across advertising, branded content, film, trailers, content pieces and audiovisual projects for Latin America, Spain and international clients. Spanish is required. English is a plus. Ideal candidate: Has experience with AI video production workflows. Understands generative video tools such as Runway, Kling, Luma, Pika, Midjourney, ComfyUI or similar. Can organize tests, references, prompts, versions and assets. Can help estimate timings, production stages and delivery needs. Understands audiovisual production and creative direction. Is comfortable working with directors, artists and creative teams. Can help turn creative ideas into a clear production process.
