AI Filmmaker

Overview This is a ground-floor opportunity to own an AI film pipeline at a category-defining AI-native game company. You'll have real creative ownership and access to the best AI video tools available, turning our platform, worlds, and characters into short-form video seen by millions. Must-haves: - Portfolio of character-consistent AI video that has performed on organic short-form (not one-off tech demos) - Hands-on mastery of the modern AI video stack: Veo 3.x, Seedance / Kling, FLUX / Midjourney / Nano Banana for character sheets, ElevenLabs / InWorld for voice, CapCut for edit - Fluency in the three character-consistency approaches (text scaffolding, visual-reference / ingredients, last-frame chaining) and voice-consistency workflows - Short-form editorial instinct: hook in the first second, aggressive pacing, captions, trend literacy. Speed + taste over polish - High velocity & autonomy as a remote freelancer; works from a guided brief and a format library, not a blank page - Strong written English and prompt-craft Nice-to-haves: - D&D / TTRPG / fantasy fluency or genuine gamer enthusiasm - Experience building reusable pipelines / tooling (character registries, seed control, API-driven generation) others can use - Music (Suno) and sound-design sensibility - Familiarity with paid-creative repurposing - Existing presence in the AI-filmmaker community (Curious Refuge, r/aivideo, etc.) *This job board features a curated list of industry-specific roles aligned with the skill sets taught in Curious Refuge programs.
