And a prompt log won’t change their mind.
Open Industry Studios connects your script and creative decisions to what actually shows up on screen. The result is a record of your authorship that you can show audiences, buyers, insurers, and the Copyright Office.
OIS walks you through your idea department by department: characters, sets, wardrobe, blocking, references. A narrow idea becomes a world you can see.
Work with AI. Credit real people. Keep creative control. Build with a community that gets it.
Find collaborators by craft and credit, form your team, and share what you're making. Keep each person's contribution connected to the project as your vision becomes a film.
Meet the community
Tools, community, and opportunities built for a more open, more equitable future in film.
An open industry starts with people. OIS brings planning, creative accountability, and collaboration together so filmmakers can build on their own terms.
