For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include openindustrystudios.com. The Company's website is an online creative collaboration platform that allows users to build profiles, form teams, upload project materials, document contributions and credits, and collaborate on film, media, and AI-assisted creative projects. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Where the platform includes provenance or AI-assisted documentation features, the Company may also collect information you provide regarding the creation process, including AI tools used, prompt authorship, human editing disclosures, reference material disclosures, upload history, file metadata, and related project documentation. If you create, join, manage, or collaborate in a workspace or project, information you provide in that workspace or project may be visible to other authorized participants in accordance with the permissions and sharing settings for that workspace or project.

Use of your Personal Information

The Company collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:

  • to operate and deliver the services you have requested
  • to operate project workspaces, collaboration features, contribution logs, credits, provenance records, and related documentation tools
  • to process, store, and display project materials and related metadata, including timestamps, version history, and other workflow information
  • to provide, support, secure, and improve AI-assisted or documentation-related features, where offered
  • to investigate suspected infringement, misuse, fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms or policies
  • to enforce project, platform, moderation, and intellectual property rules
  • to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us
  • to provide you with notices about your account
  • to carry out the Company's obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered between you and us, including for billing and collection
  • to notify you about changes to openindustrystudios.com or any products or services we offer or provide through it
  • in any other way we may describe when you provide the information
